Exploring Electrics: A Hands-On Lighting Workshop

Description

Join Actors Theatre’s Lighting Supervisor Jason Weber and Associate Lighting Supervisor Dani Clifford for a 4-hour lighting and electrics basics course. This hands-on session will show you the basics of electrics for the theatre, and provide you with lessons in both safety and best practices to bring to your next production. No prior lighting experience is required, but a basic knowledge of technical theatre is helpful.

Please note: Deadline to cancel class is 5 days prior to start of first class if class minimum is not met, unless otherwise discussed with instructor.

Please come prepared in closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
